I think what I love most about making drinks is the presentation. There are so many ways to make a drink look great, and this would have to be one of my new favorite. Take a look. When entertaining guests, one of the aspects to make the evening memorable are great drinks. While it starts with quality ingredients, the finishing touch really does make the impression. That's what makes this such an interesting technique to add a bit of smoke to the cocktail.
